## A Remarkable Growth Story

That is how much Black women-owned employer businesses grew between 2019 and 2024. Not 13. Not 50. One hundred and two point eight percent. In just five years, we have shown incredible resilience. Despite being the most targeted, underfunded, and pushed-out demographic in the American workforce, we have thrived.

Over 300,000 of us lost our jobs. They gutted DEI initiatives, closed the pipelines, and rewrote the rules mid-game. They did it all with a straight face. That’s not affirmation; that’s Wells Fargo data. Those are the receipts.

They cut the DEI budgets. Eliminated the pipelines. Rewrote the rules mid-game. Yet, we more than doubled anyway.

## The Numbers Speak for Themselves

Here is what the full comparison looks like so we are clear. Seventeen percent of Black women are currently starting or running a business. In comparison, white women account for 10%, and white men for 15%. We are outpacing everyone, despite having less capital, less access, and facing more resistance.

The 13% single-year growth is impressive too. All women-owned businesses grew by 4.4% that same year. We grew at three times that rate.

## Embracing Our Power

So keep going. Build louder. Charge your worth. Take up the space they assumed you’d vacate. We don’t wait for permission, and we never did.

### The Power of Community

Tag a Black woman who’s building. Let her know what category she’s in. We are not just business owners; we are a movement. Our success is a testament to our strength and determination.

### Building a Luxurious Workflow

Imagine your business running while you breathe. This is the essence of what we strive for. We aim to create a luxurious workflow that allows you to focus on what truly matters.

### The Future is Bright

As we continue to grow, we must remember that our journey is not just about numbers. It’s about empowerment. It’s about creating a legacy. It’s about transforming chaotic operations into streamlined, efficient systems.

### Conclusion: The Journey Ahead

The road ahead is filled with opportunities. Let’s embrace them together. Let’s continue to uplift one another and build a future where our businesses can thrive.
